Novelty birth certificates are designed to look like the commemorative certificates issued by hospitals and have no legal value.  Novelty birth certificates will be prepared in the format shown on our Birth Certificates page, we will not alter or modify our format.

CANCELLATIONS
Paid orders cannot be canceled.

REPRINTS
Orders are deleted from our system once we have verified delivery and all return periods have expired, therefore we generally do not offer reprints.  If you think you will need additional copies we recommend that you purchase them when you place your order.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order and would like a refund, simply submit a Refund Request form to us on the same day that your order is delivered.  Once we have verified that your order is eligible for refund,  we will email you with instructions on how and where to return your order for a full refund minus shipping.  By placing an order on our site you agree to abide by our refund procedure and agree that you will not initiate a buyer dispute, a charge back claim with your credit card company, or any other form of payment reversal provided that proof of delivery can be provided.  

The following items are not eligible for refund:  orders that you made a mistake on (spelling error, wrong graduation date, wrong degree, etc), orders specially customized from our standard formats at the request of the customer, novelty transcripts using customer supplied coursework, any and all "foreign" documents (those using a school name, hospital name, or other entity that is not located in the United States), and any order paid for with money order, cashier's check, or Western Union.

If you find a spelling error or other mistake on your document that was our fault, please notify us by email within ten (10) days from the date that your order was delivered on and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge once we have verified the error.  If you find an error that was not our fault you will need to submit a new order to obtain a corrected document.

If you ordered additional copies of your document but did not receive them with your shipment, please notify us by email within one (1) day from the date that your order was delivered to notify us of the error and we will ship your additional copy or copies the next business day.

SCHOOL NAMES
Certain schools have requested that we not print novelty documents using their school name and as such we will honor their request.  It is your responsibility to review our Prohibited Schools List before you place an order.  If you place an order for a novelty document that features one of the school names on the Prohibited School Names list, we will change the school name to one of our choosing so that we may legally complete your order.  Orders placed with a Prohibited School Name are not eligible for refund.

SHIPPING
Orders paid for online before 11:00 am Eastern time Monday though Friday will be shipped on the same day.  Orders paid for after 11:00 am Eastern time and those paid for on weekends or on days we are closed will ship on the next business day.  There may be additional days that our office will be closed and in such cases a notice will be posted on our site.  Orders paid for with an e-check will not ship until the e-check has cleared and will do so within one (1) business day once it has cleared.  Orders paid by Western Union will ship within one (1) business day after the transfer is complete.  Orders paid for with cashier's check or money order will ship within ten (10) days from the date payment is received.  If you place an order for a novelty transcript with customer supplied coursework, your order may require up to three (3) additional business days to be shipped.  If we have questions about your order we will notify you by e-mail and will hold your order until we receive a response from you.  We will only ship to the person who pays for the order, we will not ship to a school, an employer, or anyone other than the person who pays for the order. Once your package is dropped off with the carrier we do not have control of the delivery process and will not issue refunds for late, lost, or damaged shipments.  If your shipment is returned to us because you provided us with an inaccurate address or because you refused or failed to pick up the shipment, your order will not be eligible for refund and you will be required to pay the necessary shipping fee to have the order reshipped to you.  Orders returned to us will be held until you contact us.

SIGNATURES
If you elect to have signatures applied to your order we will do so with names of our choosing, we will not accept requests for specific names.

TERMINOLOGY
All items for sale on this site are novelty items for novelty purposes only.  The terms "fake" and "phony" as used in this website's text, title, meta tags, keywords, and images are synonymous with "novelty" and are used for search engine optimization purposes only.

By completing a purchase from our website you agree to and accept the following conditions:  I, the user, fully agree and understand that all items sold on this web site, herein referred to as "novelty document(s)" by "the vendor" are strictly for novelty purposes only and may not be used for illegal purposes of any kind.  I attest that I am at least 18 years of age and agree that I will not use the novelty document(s) to misrepresent myself in any way.  I understand that by ordering any novelty document(s) I am automatically accepting these conditions and I will not hold the site operator or owner liable for any harm whatsoever that may be caused either directly or indirectly due to any use of the novelty document(s).  I completely understand that these novelty document(s) are not being issued by any school, hospital, state, or government agency and that the vendor is not a representative or licensee thereof.  I understand that the novelty document(s) have no educational or legal value of any kind.  I agree that I will not present any novelty document(s) from this vendor as an item having value, credit or merit of any kind.  I declare that I have checked the laws of my state and that I am not prohibited to purchase or possess any type of novelty document(s) and I fully release the vendor and all persons associated with the sale of the novelty document(s) from any and all liability that may arise out of my placing an order.  I understand any payment reversed from the vendor on my behalf as  a result of a buyer dispute or credit card charge back claim will be considered an unpaid debt, may be turned over to a collection agency for collection, and  may be reported to the credit bureaus as an unpaid debt.  I agree that I will not use, nor will I allow any other party or person to use the novelty document(s) that I purchase from this vendor in any forum, including but not limited to any type of media, legal or government related presentation, publication, report, evidence, production or exhibit. I solemnly swear and affirm that I am not affiliated with any local, state or federal law enforcement agency nor am I an employee of any school who is purchasing novelty document(s) from this vendor for use in any type of investigation or legal action.  I understand that every novelty document sold by the vendor will have a sticker on it that states "For Novelty Purposes Only", and while removing the sticker will not damage my document, it will void the money back guarantee.  I claim complete and sole responsibility for any and all legal costs required to represent the vendor should I not abide by any conditions of this agreement.  I understand the vendor reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for any reason.

TRANSCRIPTS
Novelty transcripts are for novelty purposes only and have no academic value.  Novelty transcripts will be prepared in the format that you have chosen from our Transcripts page.  College and University transcripts will be prepared using course numbers and course descriptions appropriate for the degree and major that you select but that may or may not match the course numbers and descriptions used by the school that you specify on the order form.
