So if you purchase a diploma or transcript from Diplomaxpress and are not happy with it, you must:

Purchase a document from somewhere else (which means you are now out double the money)

Scan and email a copy of the new document to Diplomaxpress

Hope like heck that Diplomaxpress will agree with you that the new document is better than their document
